So I have a question about a polygraph test for a law enforcement agency. Say the question is, "Have you ever commited a crime that has gone undetected?" My situation is as follows....When I was younger, my sister and I would wrestle a lot. I was 14-16 and she was 2 years younger. I never had a girlfriend at the time, so I "copped a few feels." The only reasoning I have behind this is that I was curious. I am completely embarrased and regret doing this. My question is, is this a crime? Please dont judge me as I am not that kind of person. Thank you for the help.

It's going to vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so I don't know if it's a crime where you are.
