The court ordered 5 persons to submit to a polygraph after a dispute over visitation. The Biological father had been accused of molesting his daughter. The Biological Father, Mother, Step Father, Step Mother, and Grandfather were all to be tested.
The victim was three and one half years old and Child Protective Services reported they thought she had been prompted to make accusations. The Polygraph testing showed the Biological Father, Mother and Step Mother to be truthful in their denials of any molestation or prompting. The Grandfather showed deception regarding prompting the victim. The Step Father showed deception to molestation of the victim.
In post test interviewing the Step Father admitted to molesting the victim and also his own two biological children. The Biological Father now has custody of the 3 1/2 year old. The Step Father is being further tested by a doctor for sexual problems.
Polygraph wins another victory for the victim.
