Gary J. Hale-de los Santos is an investigator of 31-years service in
the polygraph, law enforcement and intelligence communities. He provides
a wide array of security related services with his two companies.
If
you are considering polygraph services to get to the bottom of an issue,
you can be confident that the polygraph test is one of the most accurate
means available to determine truth and deception, when administered
by a competent Examiner. According to studies held by the American Polygraph
Association, researchers have determined that the validity and reliability
rate of polygraph testing is between 80% and 98%. Polygraph is all about
determining the truth and there is no greater freedom for those who
are wrongly accused than to be vindicated by a polygraph examination.

This scripture is a testament to what Mr. Hale's company is all about...to find the truth about a matter and in doing so, to help vindicate or firmly inculpate an Examinee...based on their own words.
In the past year Mr. Hale and his Team of Voir Dire Examiners have cleared many Examinees, and at the same time attained a high “Confession Rate” from those who “failed” their test. This means that a high percentage of the deceptive Examinees they tested subsequently confessed the truth as a direct result of their polygraph. In most of those cases where a confession was obtained; stolen property was recovered, additional crimes were detected, or a multitude of positive consequences resulted. The Voir Dire Team ensures that a fair and accurate examination is administered so that the truthful are cleared of wrongdoing and alternatively, that the deceptive are thus discovered and further investigated.

Voir Dire Team is available to travel throughout the United States and
Mexico, as well as Central and South America to conduct polygraph examinations
and other security related work. Mr. Hale’s Team have conducted
sensitive foreign government internal affairs investigations, ethics
investigations , corporate theft cases, compliance monitoring examinations,
quality control reviews of work performed by other examiners, infidelity
and personal integrity examinations, as well as analysis of the security
service requirements of large and small businesses. There is no investigative,
polygraph or security service need that cannot be met by this team of
former law enforcement and intelligence community professionals.
